The List of Serials Indexed for Online Users (LSIOU) provides bibliographic information for all journals whose articles were ever indexed over time with the MeSH® vocabulary and cited in MEDLINE®, the backbone of the NLM PubMed® database. It includes titles that ceased publication, changed titles, or are no longer indexed. More detailed bibliographic data and information about indexing coverage for serials cited in MEDLINE/PubMed can be found in LocatorPlus Catalog®, the NLM online catalog, and the NLM Catalog, an Entrez database.
LitCovid is a curated literature hub for tracking up-to-date scientific information about the 2019 novel Coronavirus. The articles are updated daily and are further categorized by different research topics (e.g. Long Covid) and geographic locations for improved access.
The MEDLINE/PubMed Baseline Repository (MBR) provides access to each MEDLINE/PubMed Baseline snapshot starting with the 2002 MEDLINE Baseline. Each baseline contains a snapshot of MEDLINE citations in the state they were at a given moment in time without the MeSH vocabulary updates and other revisions that occur during the year. The baseline snapshot is created at the beginning of each new MeSH Indexing Year. The records included in the MEDLINE/PubMed Baseline databases represent a static view of the data at the time each baseline database was created.
NLM produces a baseline set of MEDLINE/PubMed citation records in XML format in December of each year. NLM also produces daily update files that include new, revised and deleted citations. Downloading data from the National Library of Medicine FTP servers indicates your acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions: No charges, usage fees or royalties are paid to NLM for this data. https://www.nlm.nih.gov/databases/download/terms_and_conditions_pubmed.html
